PP SPUNBOND NONWOVEN FABRIC

 Spunbond is a nonwoven fabric made from 100% pure polypropylene. The polypropylene pellets are melted and extruded, then spun into fine fibers which in turn are laid and bonded by heated rollers to form spunbond non woven fabrics. Due to its versatility and cost effectiveness,the product can be used in a wide variety of applications,such as medical and hygiene, furniture, agriculture, environment-firendly packaging, construction and auto industry.   

There are many production processes for the manufacture of non-woven fabrics, among which the spunbond method is one of the non-woven fabric production processes (including spunbond , meltblown , hot rolling  and spunbond method)

According to the composition of non-woven fabrics, there are polyester, polypropylene, nylon, spandex, acrylic and so on; Different components will have different styles of non-woven fabrics. The spunbond fabric usually refers to  spunbond polyesterand spunbond polypropylene; The styles of these two kinds of cloth are very similar, and can be distinguished by high temperature test.

Non woven fabric formed by directly using high polymer chips, short fibers or filaments to form a network through air flow or machinery, then through water pricking, needling, or hot rolling reinforcement, and finally after finishing. The new fiber products with soft, breathable and planar structure have the advantages of not producing fiber chips, being strong, durable and silky soft. They are also one of the reinforcing materials, and have the feeling of cotton. Compared with cotton fabrics, nonwoven bags are easy to form, and the cost is low.
